Our basic function as the repair shop
personnel is to earn the Customers’
Satisfaction and Trust. Therefore we
must do our work quickly, inexpensively,
and well. If the customer is not happy
with our work, not only we have fewer
cars coming into the shop but we will
also have fewer cars going out of the
dealer’s showroom.
